How the journey flows
Beginning
weekly 45-minute conversations for four weeks, exploring your thinking, choices, energy and what truly matters to you.
Ongoing rhythm
Bi-weekly or three-weekly check-ins, at a pace that feels natural and supportive.
Complete journey
Up to 12 sessions over six months, with flexibility to pause, shorten or continue as needed.
Each session begins with a simple conversation. From there, guidance unfolds naturally. You may receive:

Short (2–10 minute) practices to restore calm, energy, focus and flow.

Ongoing support
Optional WhatsApp or email support for brief reflections or check-ins between sessions.
