Do I need experience in meditation?

No. Everything is simple and guided by your own awareness.

Is this a spiritual retreat?

There are no rituals and beliefs. The retreat is human, practical and grounded.

Will there be teaching or lectures?

Yes. But not in the conventional form. The retreat is experiential. We sit, breathe, move gently and reflect.

Can I talk during the retreat?

Yes, during reflection circles. Otherwise, we keep the environment quiet to support settling.

What kind of food is provided?

Light vegetarian meals. Silent, simple, easy on the body.

What should I bring?

Detailed list will be shared with participants.

Can I join if I’m very stressed or tired?

Yes. The retreat is designed to support exactly that — settling, softening and recovering natural ease.

Is the entire schedule mandatory?

Everything is optional. Follow your body.

How many people will attend?

Maximum 16 people.

What about the space where the retreat will take place?

The retreat takes place in a natural location. Simple rooms, clean, uncluttered space, to support rest no luxury. There is space for gentle movement, space for walking, and space for sitting together in silence. Everything supports settling.

What happens after the retreat?

You’ll receive four weekly reflections to support you continue your natural ease.

Confidentiality

Anything shared in the retreat stays within the group.

Personal responsibility

This retreat is not therapy, treatment, or medical guidance. You participate voluntarily, taking responsibility for your choices and experiences.

Kind communication

No judgment, teaching others, or fixing anyone. We simply meet each other with openness.

Digital silence

Phones on airplane mode during sessions. Use only during designated breaks.

Boundaries

Your well-being is our priority. If you feel overwhelmed at any point, you may step out, rest, or speak privately.

You can always:

Sit out of any session

Take silent breaks

Speak privately if needed

You are not required to:

Share personal stories.

Push your body beyond comfort.

Participate in anything that feels heavy.

This retreat is not therapy or medical support.

You remain responsible for your health and emotional boundaries.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment :

A small deposit confirms your place.

Full payment due 14 days before retreat.

Cancellation:

100% refund if cancelled 14 days before the retreat.

50% refund within 7 days.

No refund after 7 days because we already paid for arrangements.

If retreat is cancelled by us. You will receive a full refund.
